Our team drafts a rough concept plan tailored to your requirements.
We refine and adjust the plan until it meets your expectations, ensuring that the design is both functional and visually appealing.

Architect/Draftsman Engagement
Once your concept plan is approved, we engage an architect or draftsman who best fits your requirements. We ensure that all plans align with your taste and budget while complying with regulations.

Concept Plan Approval & Pricing Discussion
We meet again to discuss the finalised concept plan, ensuring all details align with your vision. We also provide a transparent pricing breakdown so you can move forward confidently.

Detailed Breakdown
Once we have agreed on the plans and costs, we provide a detailed pricing breakdown. This ensures full transparency, so you understand all associated costs before moving forward.

Contract Signing & Deposit Payment
Once pricing is approved, we ask you to sign the contract and make the required deposit. This step secures your build date and allows us to submit plans for council approval.

Start & Finish Dates
As soon as we receive council approval, we issue your official project start and finish dates. This ensures a structured timeline so you know exactly when your dream home will be completed.

Project Management Software
We provide access to our project management software, allowing you to follow every stage of construction. With real-time updates and progress photos, you can stay involved even when off-site.

Interior Design Support
If you choose not to work with an interior designer, EDM Building offers expert guidance on interior selections. We assist with materials, finishes, and color schemes to help you create a cohesive and stylish home.
